During Tier 4, classes take place on Zoom.
Andy Butterfield of Yoganu in London blends the essentials of tantra, the wisdom of shiatsu and traditional Chinese medicine with a mindful, breath-led yoga flow practice. You will be guided through movement, postures and practices that will reveal the richness available to you via your bodymind system.
It will help if you have had some experience of yoga but the class is open to all levels.
A guided self-pleasure group meditation is offered after a class. We will explore how to bring more mindfulness to this important practice as well as how to incorporate enriching techniques using breath, sound and movement. In this way, we can reimagine and enhance self pleasure and erotic energy for healing and transformation, nourishing and energising the whole body with this rich and vibrant expression of lifeforce.
Tickets for this are bought separately and a dedicated zoom link will be sent after purchase. Please see individual dates to book.
Please note
We will collaborate in building a safe space so that we can journey freely together and therefore recording any part of the session in video or stills is not allowed. All participants will be required to have their cameras on to level the playing field and foster community and connectedness.
There are two tiers of pricing to keep the class and community available to everyone. These classes put food on the table so if you can realistically pay the full rate, please pay it. If you need a lower-cost class, then please give what you can. The giving and receiving of teaching, therapy and facilitation is grounded in a balanced exchange of energies.
Classes are scheduled according to British Standard Time. (GMT)
After making your your payment, you will receive the link and password in the confirmation email from Outsavvy.
