Take deep rest in a practice that's cradled by cushions and blankets and let go of any effort to do anything - only rest.
Restorative yoga is nourishing, rejuvenating and helps the nervous system to rebalance. It moves out of the fight or flight response and into rest and digest.  

Andy will guide you through a few restorative postures and weave in guided visualisation and wisdom poetry.
You will need a couple of bed pillows, some cushions and 2 or 3 blankets. A yoga mat is optional.
