Tantra enables us to uncover this truth through the body, through the heart and through each other.
Using breath, movement, sound, touch and massage, we awaken potent lifeforce energies and expand them through the body to nourish, resource, heal and awaken. As sensation, pleasure and vitality increases, our perception of what the body is capable of widens. We begin to access more of what’s available to us and as our inner resources emerge, we can stand in richer, fuller awareness of our selves and each other.
Tantra brings us into relationship with others and we become each other’s mirrors, teachers, guides and gifts. When safe, relaxed and listened to, the heart opens and can truly know itself as boundless in its capacity for compassion, generosity, wisdom and love.

In this workshop for Gay, Bi and Queer men, Andy will guide you through practices to enable you to feel more of your subtle body, open up your perspective and your heart, raise your energy, lifeforce and power. We will work safely and mindfully with erotic and sensual energy, playing within our own boundaries and staying grounded in the compassion and respect of the Heart.
