Friend of Dorothy Events exist to bring gay men together in real life. In a world of endless scrolling and surface-level connections, we believe something important has been lost — the simple act of meeting people, sharing experiences and building genuine friendships. Our events are designed to create welcoming spaces where gay men can show up, take part, and feel part of a community. Whether it’s fitness, creative workshops, talks or social gatherings, the goal is the same: helping gay men connect beyond the apps and build real friendships.

These events are part of a bigger mission. Friend of Dorothy was founded to support the wellbeing, confidence and connection of gay men. Every ticket purchased helps extend that mission further — with all profits from ticket sales donated to Impulse London, supporting their work promoting sexual health and wellbeing within the gay community. By attending, you’re not just showing up for yourself — you’re helping strengthen and support the wider community too.
