This class welcomes anyone who identifies as Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans, Asexual (FLINTA).

Our FLINTA session is open to all skill levels whether you’re putting on the gloves for the first time or sharpening your skills.

This class blends boxing technique with fitness and conditioning for a complete workout, usually led by professional boxer Oriance Lungu.

Age restriction: 18+

In the event you cannot make it to class, please use the 'Ticket Change' feature
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances where Ticket Change is not possible, and only if a request is made at least 24 hours before class starts.
For safety and insurance purposes, each ticket must be booked under a different names. Multiple bookings under the same name may be cancelled without warning.
Latecomers may be turned away at the coach's discretion.
