Spirituality & Pride; Selfcare Workshop

We are excited to introduce Spirituality & Pride; Self-care Workshop on Sunday 12th November from 17:00-18:30 pm led by Chris Vasileiadi.

What to expect?

yoga for anxiety, questioning identity, and releasing tension from the heart
Sharing circle; welcoming new heart connections
Journaling prompts for the LGBTQIA+ community and connection to the queer third eye
guided meditation to calm down the nervous system and enhance your embrace of queer magic

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your journal and loads of water

Note: The session will be taking place downstairs which is sadly not wheelchair accessible.
