On Wednesdays, you have two options to choose from in our mixed-level class focussed on experienced boxers and sparring.
A high-level session for more experienced boxers looking to hone their skills and learn more advanced techniques.
You’ll work on:
Please note: this session is not suitable for complete beginners. You’ll need to know your basic punches, stance, and boxing fundamentals before joining. If you’re new to boxing, start with a beginner class to build your foundation first.
A session that is only for boxers who have been carded and medically cleared.
Carded boxers means to be registered on the England Boxing Locker platform http://englandboxing.sport80.com/, either as a recreational or competitive boxer.
