Knockout Tuesday Training (existing members only)
Join us in Hackney Wick for a Strength and Conditioning class to get you fighting fit.
Sessions will vary from time to time but may include running, body weights and weighted activities.
There are is one toilet available for changing.
This class is not suitable for new members – you must come to a Monday or Thursday class first whether you have boxed before or not.
For safety and insurance purposes, each ticket must be booked under a different names. Multiple bookings under the same name may be cancelled without warning.
