Yacine is the veterinarian of the only zoo remaining in the Palestinian West Bank. He lives alone with his 10-year old son, Ziad. Ziad is passionate about giraffes. The animals’ lives are threatened after an air raid and the only way to prevent a catastrophe is to go to Tel-Aviv. The conflict as seen by a child, part reality, part fairytale.
