You’re warmly invited to a sound bath experience in a beautiful, central London space, easily accessible and welcoming to all.
Come exactly as you are - no experience needed, no expectations.
This session is an opportunity to:

🧘♀️ Drop into deep relaxation
💫 Rest your nervous system
🤍 Simply be held by sound and stillness
Using soothing instruments and gentle guidance, you’ll be invited to lie down, rest, and allow the vibrations to support calm, balance, and inner connection.
Everyone is welcome, exactly the way they are.
Just bring yourself - and an openness to rest.
Session Schedule
Arrival: 18:45 - 18:55 (door will be locked before 19:00)
Sound Journey: 19.00 - 20:15
Departure: by 20:30
🧘♀️ What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, cushion/pillow, optional eye mask, water bottle.

ATTENTION: our entrance is a level below the "Main Reception" of Canterbury Court (lower ground floor). The studio door is exactly below the main reception door.
Access Information
If you’re visiting on weekends or on a weekday evening after 6pm, please ring the bell on the left-hand side of the Brixton Road gate to gain access.
🔒 Important Information & Ticket Conditions
- Arrival: Please arrive between 18:45 - 18:55
- Start time: The Sound Journey begins promptly at 19.00
- Late arrivals: Due to the nature of the session, latecomers cannot be admitted once the event has started, and the door will be locked before 19:00
- Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable.
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Health & Safety Disclaimer and Participation Agreement provided by Mindful Sound Journeys.

Sound journeys offer a soothing and restorative space to unwind, reconnect, and nourish your inner world. They are shared with the intention of supporting your general wellbeing and inner balance.
Please remember that this experience is complementary to other forms of care and does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.
If you have any existing health concerns or heightened sensitivity to sound or vibration, you may wish to speak with a healthcare professional before attending
During the experience, you might notice gentle sensations, shifts in energy, or emotional release. This can be a natural part of deep rest and nervous-system soothing. You are always welcome to adjust your position, take a moment to breathe, or let the facilitator know if you need support at any time.
Guests with hearing aids or implants may perceive sound differently and may choose to remove them for optimal comfort and ease.
⚠️ Contraindications When to Avoid Attending
Sound healing is gentle, yet the vibrations may not be suitable for everyone at certain times. For your safety and ease, please take extra care or seek guidance before attending if you:
- Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
- Have a pacemaker or other electronic/metal implants
- Experience heart conditions or high blood pressure
- Have epilepsy, seizures, or sound-triggered migraines
- Live with severe tinnitus or sound sensitivity
- Are recovering from recent major surgery
- Are currently navigating a serious mental health condition where deep relaxation may not feel supportive
