Heart-centred, kind and respectful touch blesses both the receiver and giver. The nervous system relaxes, the breath deepens, the heart rate slows and we feel connected, calm and quiet.
Many of us can feel deprived of physical contact and touch and yet it is so vital to our wellbeing and happiness. Even if we have frequent sex, a sensual element to it can be missing; that sweetness of just being held.
In this naked workshop, we will step out of our narratives and habits and find the freedom to take intimacy, connection and sensuality a little deeper. We will work together to create a safe, non-sexual space that meets people’s varying need for physical contact with others. Each person will get to determine their own boundaries and preferences during the workshop as we explore different ways of holding each other.
The session will involve movement, mindful awareness, shared touch and massage and partner and small group exercises.

ANDY is a tantra yoga teacher and somatic therapist with 19 years experience and has been facilitating spaces for gay, bi and queer men to connect from the heart since 2016. He holds classes and private sessions in London and runs several wellbeing retreats for men during the year.
