SET is pleased to open studio viewings at SET Titchfield House – Ground Floor, a centrally located workspace on Tabernacle Street, just a five-minute walk from Old Street Station.
SET Titchfield House offers a range of genuinely affordable studios for artists, suitable for both making and desk-based practices, with guaranteed workspace until September 2026, followed by a rolling 3-month contract.
Studios are limited and will be randomly allocated during the viewing session, helping to ensure a fair process for everyone.
Studios will be ready for move-in from 16 March.

About SET Titchfield House – Ground Floor
The ground floor of SET Titchfield House provides a shared studio environment within a centrally located building on Tabernacle Street, just minutes from Old Street. The space supports a mix of creative practices, from studio-based making to desk-based work.
The space forms part of SET’s wider network of artist-led centres across London, supporting artists through affordable workspace and community-led creative spaces
Studio sizes and pricing
Studios are priced at £1.45 per sq ft PCM, inclusive of rates and utilities, with spaces ranging from 100-500 sq ft and prices starting from £170-£720 PCM.
Studios are offered with guaranteed workspace until September 2026, followed by a rolling three-month agreement.
How studios are allocated
- Studios at SET Titchfield are randomly allocated on the day of your viewing,with local artists prioritised.
- Studios are limited and allocated first-come, first-served following in-person viewings.
- Artists who secure a studio will be able to move in from 16 March.
- Studios are offered with guaranteed workspace until September 2026, followed by a rolling 3-month contract.
Please note: Certain practices are not permitted: public events, hot works, live/amplified music without soundproofing, spray painting, tattooing, beauticians, or client-facing commercial activities.
