This Friend of Dorothy event is about bringing gay men together in real life to connect, move and build real friendships.
The FIIT workout is a full-body class designed to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling stronger, fitter and energised. The session combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training and functional movementsto create a dynamic, fast-paced workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance while burning up to 600 calories per class.
But these events are about more than just fitness.
They’re about creating spaces where gay men can show up, move together and naturally connect. Training as a group creates a shared energy that makes it easier to push yourself, laugh along the way and start conversations with the people around you.
