🧘 Friend of Dorothy Hotpod Yoga Experience - Stretch Together. Meet Gay Men. Find Your Calm.
This Friend of Dorothy event is about bringing gay men together in real life to connect, reset and build genuine friendships.
Step into the warm, cocoon-like environment of Hotpod Yoga and take time to recharge both physically and mentally. This session blends elements of Hotpod Flow and Rest & Restore, combining gentle movement with moments of stillness to help you unwind and reconnect with your body.
Expect a guided flow through yoga postures where the heat supports flexibility, circulation and relaxation. The class then transitions into slower, restorative elements including breathing techniques and guided meditation to help quiet the mind and fully switch off.
The session is designed to be welcoming for all levels, with options throughout so you can move in a way that feels comfortable whether you’re completely new to yoga or more experienced.
But like all Friend of Dorothy events, this is about more than the activity.
It’s about creating spaces where gay men can meet, chat and feel part of a community outside of apps and nightlife. Before and after the class there’s time to talk, meet new people and enjoy a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.
