Drag Tales & Family-Friendly Festive Show
Sold Out
Join us on Saturday 17th December from 2pm-5pm for family & friends festive day at The Common Press in collaboration with Dragged Around London and Moonlight Experiences! Enjoy a fun, fruity and fabulous event where you can bring kids too! Come on down to the queerest bookstore in London, where drag artists are going to bring you fun to kick off the festive season! We'll be kicking off with reading stories in the Common Press kids' room from 2pm. It's Pay What You Can to ensure that money isn't a barrier (but please offer generously if you can so we can make sure all our drag artists are paid well!) This will be followed by an exciting drag show from 3pm with interactive performances, lip syncs and more downstairs! The show will be ticketed for adults at £12 each and free for children. The space might fill up quite quickly so do book ahead to make sure you get a seat. From 4pm, you can mix and mingle with the performers and the other queer families & folx toshare some warm, fuzzy, queer holiday spirit and hopefully make some new friends! And if once the little ones are tucked into bed and the adults want to continue the party, you can also buy tickets to Brown Suga at 8pm to dance the night away with our QTIPOC, queer women, non-binary, and trans fam!
Accessibility - The Common Press is wheelchair accessible but sadly downstairs isn't. There is a baby changing toilet and accessible toilets.
