What is FLOW?
An expert team of professionals trained in psychology & dance bring you a unique experience to help you burn stress. Take care of your physical & mental health in a single fun session.
Mindful movement:
Our professional dancer will guide participants through various movement sequences, emphasizing the connection between mind and body. These exercises will encourage self-awareness, stress reduction, and an enhanced sense of embodiment.
Psychological Insight
Our collaborating psychologist will facilitate discussions and reflections, encouraging participants to explore the emotional and psychological aspects of their movement experiences.
Creative expression
Participants will have the opportunity to express their emotions, thoughts, and experiences through dance and movement. This process promotes self-reflection, and emotional release, and fosters a sense of empowerment and self-acceptance.
Who is FLOW for?
FLOW is for everyone! But it's particularly designed for people with busy or stressful lives, and limited resources for self-care. That's why each session is one hour long and affordably priced. In the past, participants who have gained the most from it have been creative professionals, working parents, single parents, and students.

FLOW was designed and is facilitated by Parul Bansal and Dr. Sai Joshi.

Parul is a professionally trained dancer who performed at The Commonwealth Games opening ceremony. She has instructed many people in using dance both as a form of expression but also as a means to wellness, as part of a wide-ranging career in the social sector. She also works as a wedding choreographer and is the founder of Be-Afya, an organisation that helps people find calmness and reduce stress through movement.

Dr. Sai Joshi is a British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited psychologist with over seven years experience. She believes in a holistic approach that addresses each individual's needs and goals and incorporates a variety of techniques. She is also the author of the book Humanology, and created the podcast Keep A Therapist Away, which helps people form daily habits to build healthy minds. In 2016 she founded AYUDA, which provides professional and psychological support to Indian emigrants.
