The smell of leather. The flash of a harness. The snap of a latex glove.
Join us Saturday 14th for the launch of Second Skin, and be welcomed to the radical, vibrant world of sexual fetishists by author Anastasiia Fedorova in conversation with Eva Oh.

In 21st century commodity culture, we are all intimately involved with objects: we covet a Birkin bag; we keep trainers box-fresh. We are, in a sense, all fetishists. But occasionally this desire spills into something more subversive. SECOND SKIN offers a tour through the materials, objects and power dynamics commonly fetishised, unpacking their histories, their expressive potential, and the communities they give rise to. Drawing from her encounters with fellow fetishists and kinksters, it is also the story of Anastasiia Fedorova's own journey: of what it means to come to terms with one's sexuality.

ANASTASIIA FEDOROVA is a writer, curator and fetishist. She has written for DAZED, i-D, Freize, Vogue and the Guardian, among other publications, and has collaborated with kink and fetish institutions, including the UK Leather and Fetish Archive and Klub Verboten. Her work is dedicated to exploring the ways queer communities are archived and documented, and to the poetic and radical potential of queer love and sex. Second Skin is her first book.

Eva Oh, known professionally as Mistress Eva, is an award-winning international Dominatrix. Her unconventional career began in 2011 when she left an unfulfilling corporate job to train at the renowned Salon Kitty’s dungeons. She is the recipient of a Sexual Freedom Award, was the face of the German Fetish Ball, and created youwillpleaseme.com, the world’s first BDSM submissive training platform. She also founded the #teakink Podcast and Teas. Eva’s insights on BDSM and sex work have been featured in The Washington Post, WIRED, Rolling Stone, Entrepreneur, Newsweek, VICE, i-D, DAZED, and more.
A passionate advocate for destigmatizing BDSM culture, she hosts workshops and events globally and has spoken on sexuality panels at Berlin Porn Film Festival, Pink Fest Singapore, and Burning Man. She is also a trustee of RAW, a charity dedicated to rediscovering overlooked female artists.
Recently, Eva expanded into film, making her debut with Grief Encounter for Erika Lust’s XConfessions. She also offers mentoring and consultancy, supporting those interested in her industry.
