Come sea dipping with us!
This gentle, inclusive sea dip is a chance to connect, co-regulate, and share space with other trans, non-binary and intersex (TNBI) people in a way that feels grounding, affirming, and safe. Whether you're a seasoned sea swimmer or this is your first time, everyone is welcome.
Brinny (they/them) is a proud trans, non-binary, queer and neurodivergent, facilitator with a warm and caring approach. They regularly get in the sea for their own emotional regulation and mental health. So we wanted to create a time and space for TNBI to give it a try or feel safe dipping or swimming while with their community.
You can read more about them at https://www.brinnydoes.com/about.
Facilitator August from The Clare Project will also be present throughout.
🌊 Please note: Brinny is not a trained lifeguard or medical professional. Everyone is responsible for their own safety in the water.
There will be an optional guided mindfulness meditation before any sea dipping or swimming takes place.
