🌿 What’s this about?
When stress builds up, the body often holds what the mind can’t. This workshop offers space to release that tension and reconnect gently, safely, and together.
We begin with TRE™ (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), inviting natural shaking that helps you meet your body again and find deep physical ease. From there, Conscious Connected Breathwork opens another layer of release, guiding you towards clarity, openness, and presence.
Held in a small group of up to seven people, this is a space to unwind, feel supported, and come home to yourself.
Your body already knows the way back. We’re simply here to help you listen.
🌀 What happens during the workshop?
- Arriving together, grounding, and settling
 - Gentle movements to invite shaking and allow natural tremors to unfold (TRE™)
 - A short break to recharge and prepare for the next phase
 - A Conscious Connected Breathwork journey
 - Time to integrate and reflect
 
We move at your body’s pace throughout. You can pause, adjust, or stop at any time. With your consent, light touch may be offered to support grounding, always with clear explanation and the choice to decline.
👀 Is it for me?
This workshop is for anyone who’s:
- Feeling tense, stuck, or disconnected
 - Curious about embodied approaches to wellbeing
 - Wanting to move beyond words into direct body experience
 
No experience needed. You don’t have to be flexible, spiritual, or ‘good at relaxing’. Come as you are.
🎒 What do I need?
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move and rest in. Changing spaces are available.
 - We’ll have mats, blankets, and cushions available. You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
 - You may wish to bring an eye mask for the breathwork. Many people find it helps them drop in more deeply.
 - A water bottle can be handy. There’s a kitchen for refills.
 - Have a light lunch beforehand and please avoid alcohol or recreational substances on the day.
