A small-group somatic workshop combining TRE and Conscious Connected Breathwork. Two experienced facilitators. Eight places. Three hours to let go of what you’ve been carrying.
🌿 What’s this about?
There’s a release your body has been waiting to give you. One that doesn’t require you to talk, figure anything out, or try harder.
This workshop brings together two powerful somatic practices: TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and Conscious Connected Breathwork.
TRE invites your body’s natural tremoring response, a built-in mechanism for discharging stress that most of us have learnt to suppress. Breathwork opens another doorway, moving energy and creating space for whatever wants to shift. Together, they offer something rare: a way to come back to yourself that bypasses the busy mind entirely.
With a maximum of eight participants and two experienced facilitators, you’ll have real attention and support throughout. This is unhurried space to unwind, feel held, and let your nervous system do what it already knows how to do.
🌀 What happens?
We’ll move through five stages together:
- Arriving, grounding, settling into the space
- Gentle movements to wake up your body’s natural tremor response (TRE)
- A break with herbal tea and grounding snacks
- A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey
- Time to land, integrate, and reflect
We move at your body’s pace throughout. You can pause, adjust, or stop at any point. This isn’t about pushing through.
With your consent, light touch may be offered to support grounding. Always with clear explanation and the freedom to decline.
👀 Is this for me?
This is for you if:
- You’ve tried thinking your way through stress and you’re ready to try something different
- You’re curious about what your body might release if given the chance
- You want support but don’t want to talk about it right now
No experience needed. You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or good at relaxing. Come as you are.
🎒 What to bring
- Comfortable clothes you can move and rest in (changing space available)
- Eye mask for the breathwork if you have one. Many find it helps them drop in.
We’ll have mats, blankets, and cushions. Bring your own if you prefer.
If you want to eat beforehand, keep it light. Avoid alcohol or substances on the day.
